On a Saturday, I contacted this dentist office and received assistance from a dentist named Michelle who was exceptionally helpful. This dentist demonstrated genuine concern and attentiveness by answering all of my questions in great detail. It is clear that the presence of more individuals like her in the world is greatly needed, as she genuinely cared about my well-being. I cannot say enough about this practice! I had a terrible toothache that literally had me in tears over the weekend. My husband called emergency #s in the middle of the night Sat to see if there was anyone that could help. To our surprise, they called us back at 7:30 Sun morning and said they could see me at 9:30. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and most importantly, my tooth no longer hurts!

I just left this place and let me tell you I feel way more confident with my smile. They did an amazing job!! I had a dental emergency over the weekend and had to go here as a follow up. The facility is very nice , clean, and they are following covid 19 protocols to the letter. They were prepared for my visit. Michelle (dental assistant) , not sure if that’s her official position but she is WONDERFUL! Her kindness was sincere and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She seemed to take pride in what she did. She really put me at ease. There is another person named Michelle at the front desk. She is also very pleasant and helpful. She is very relatable and even shared her own personal dental experiences with me. I had a really great experience here. Thank you to both Michelles’s for everything and thank you Triangle Dental Center!!!

Great staff!!!! I needed an emergency extraction done on my tooth on a Sunday and all of the staff were very helpful and nice. Michelle B saw my pain and did everything in her power to help me. Everyone was amazing and they are very sanitary and precautions giving the times we are in. I highly recommend them!!!

Looking all around for an emergency appointment, this place was able to get my fiancé an appointment within a great time frame. If you get disconnected, the receptionist will call you back. The staff are friendly as well as the facility. Highly recommended.

Had a dental emergency on a Saturday. They were open and got us in there! Had an extraction done and Dr Jones was AMAZING! No pain, no stress. The staff was warm and welcoming. I was visiting from Washington DC for thanksgiving and had really bad pain, My wife called and the office got us an appointment right away, they followed really great covid 19 procedures and were fast at getting my processed and xrayed. They found out That i needed an extraction. I was nervous but the entire staff was really supportive and calming. So nice and my doctor got me done in record time and was a pro. The nurses were so sweet an supportive and professional and knew how to keep me in good sprirts. I had an amazing time which says alot cause I had to get a tooth pulled lol. Wish i could come here with my entire family for dental needs but we live in DC. But I DEFINITELY recommend to any local folk!!!
